Job Opportunity for Senior IT Security & Compliance Officer
WANTED – Senior IT Security & Compliance Officer
Reporting to the company’s Director of Operations, the Senior IT Security & Compliance Officer will build and lead tTech’s IT Security and Compliance practice.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Continually researching, developing, implementing, and monitoring the IT security systems of tTech and its customers to protect information, prevent unauthorized access, and provide guidance on improving security of the organizations’ information assets
- Leading and developing tTech’s IT Security professionals to meet and exceed the company’s obligations and build a high-performance team
- Working with the Sales & Marketing Department to market and sell tTech’s IT Security services
Strategic Direction
- Research and evaluate the latest security trends for application to tTech’s customers in order to build value for the company’s offerings
- Identify growth opportunities for tTech in IT Security and Compliance services, and develop plans for implementation of same
- Establish tTech as a leading regional brand and thought leader on IT Security and Compliance by speaking and participating in events
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in Information Technology or Telecommunications
- At least 2 of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Auditor
- Certified Information Security Manager
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- Certified Ethical Hacker
- Demonstrable track record of implementing major IT Security projects on-time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player, willing to go the extra mile
