Moneshe Hutchinson is the Human Resource Manager responsible for Developing, Implementing and Leading the company’s People Management Strategy. The scope of her responsibilities includes directing Employee Engagement and Retention, Talent Development & Management, Change Management and Organizational Development.
She has a Bachelor of Education in Information Technology from The Mico University College and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Management. Her diverse background in teacher training and IT gives her a unique perspective that has propelled her success in aligning the company’s HR Strategy with the organisational goals and objectives. These successes include the innovation, digital transformation and expansion of the HR role, function, and team.
Moneshe is an enthusiastic, solution-oriented individual who is passionate about continuous learning and personal development. Her social and emotional intelligence paired with her creativity have led to her deep-rooted involvement in the coaching and mentorship of youths in her church and community.
